Returns
Items received defective or damaged may be returned within 30 days for a full refund or exchange for the same product. Before returning a product to us you must obtain an RA (return authorization) number.
Unused items are eligible for a full refund minus the manufacturer’s 35% restocking fee (shipping and restocking fees will not be refunded). Product must be in brand-new condition with original box and all packaging.
Used items will not be accepted for return or refund. If there are any issues with the product after use, we can refer you to the proper warranty channel based on the brand in question.
Electrical parts are FINAL SALE, and not eligible for return or refund.
Freight charges to return goods to us are your responsibility unless the item was shipped to you in error. Please contact us to verify warranties prior to purchasing or contact the supplier.

Extended Warranty through CPS (Consumer Priority Service)

Cancellations
You may cancel or make changes to your order prior to it being shipped from our warehouse. We cannot recall shipments once they have left our warehouse. Any cancellation requests are required to be submitted by writing via email to sales@chadwicksandhacks.com. Any requests to cancel an order over the phone must be accompanied by an email sent to sales@chadwicksandhacks.com. Order change requests may be done over the phone.
