Job Type: Part Time (approx. 24 hours per week)

We are expanding our Customer Sales Team and we're looking for a passionate, sales- driven, customer service obsessed representative to join our team here at Chadwick's & Hack's. We work in a fast-paced environment that involves constant interaction with customers, delivering friendly and courteous service while explaining product benefits and fulfilling customer needs so if this sounds like you we want to hear from you!
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
You are our company’s customer service ambassador and you will be responding to, and resolving all of our customers' questions and/or concerns through multiple channels including: In-person, e-mail, web, chat, and phone.
You will track, record, and prioritize customers support issues based on urgency and impact, and you will work with Management as necessary to expedite resolutions to any issues impacting our customers.
You will manage the customer order process including reviewing inventory availability, order confirmations, shipping notices, customer returns, etc.
You will handle all customer inquiries/concerns/issues with courtesy, professionalism, and respect.
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
Love to BBQ, grilling knowledge, or a foodie willing to learn.
Passionate about interiors and how hearth products can enhance indoor and outdoor spaces.
Self-starter who is curious and is eager to research / learn about the products and services we offer.
Minimum 2-year sales, and customer service experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Strong Communications skills (verbal and written).
Background in Retail and/or Customer Service.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Effective problem-solving skills.
Team player who works well in a Team oriented environment.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Takes initiative with a “can-do attitude” and the desire to “make things happen”
Ability to work effectively with speed and urgency in a high productivity environment.
Bilingual (English & French) would be an asset.
