Our Inspection Services Include:

21-Point Furnace Inspection
  • Thermostat: Function, settings, location, batteries (not provided)
  • Heat Exchanger: Primary and secondary
  • Fan / Pump Motor: Inspect and lubricate
  • Blower Motor Amps
  • Filter System: Clean / Replace as needed
  • Pilot Burner / Flame Rod: Cleaning
  • Safety Controls: Wiring condition
  • Heat Raise: Inspect and adjust if needed
  • Test for Carbon Monoxide: Flue / atmosphere
  • Humidifier Damper Position
  • Gas Piping: Check for code compliance
  • Chimney / Venting System
  • Burners: Cleaning
  • Blower: Clean as required (removal not included)
  • Secondary Heat Exchanger: Clean
  • Condensate Pump / Lines: Clean
  • Firing Rate: Adjust if required
  • Electrical Connections: Tighten / clean
  • Furnace: System airflow
  • Furnace: Locate / Identify System Switch and / or breaker
  • Furnace: Camera inspection (if required)
21-Point Air Conditioner Inspection
  • Thermostat: Function, settings, location, batteries (not provided)
  • Furnace Fan Motor: Check / lubricate (if applicable)
  • Blower Motor Amps (if applicable)
  • Filter System: clean/replace as needed (filter not included)
  • Contactor: Clean if required
  • Condenser Fan Motor and Blades
  • Condenser Coil: Clean if required
  • Compressor
  • Refrigerant Line: Check temperature
  • Evaporator: Assess temperature drop
  • Humidifier: Damper position
  • Condensate Pump / Lines
  • Electrical Connections: Tighten and clean
  • Capacitors: Assess for leakages
  • Electrical Loads / Current Draw
  • Condenser: Clean Debris
  • Service Valve
  • Blower (removal not included)
  • Evaporator Coil: Clean if accessible
  • System Switch: Locate / identify switch and/or breaker
  • Advise: Provide advise on performance and air distribution

Any required parts needed to complete the service call will be additional charges added to the service fee. We do not conduct a full clean-and-polish cleaning service.

Note: It is the customer's responsibility to supply the fuel required to complete the service call (eg. batteries, propane, access to natural gas, etc.)
